"Mama's" Age
I never realized that Vicki Lawrence was younger than practically everyone...even Iola and Naomi. That surprised me.
 And all her "children" were older than her in real life

I know, I was shocked too when I found out. Vicki just turned 58 about 2 months ago, so that means that she was about 33 when Mama's Family began. She said that she was only 24 when she first played Mama which is unbelieveable. You can see most of the Family sketches from the Carol Burnett Show on www.youtube.com
