Yemana's Coffee or Mel's Chili?? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Both the coffee and chili are infamous for being awful and unfit for human consumption. If you had to make a choice to digest one, which would you rather take?

I think I'd take Nick Yemana's coffee because you could hold your nose and down it really fast. You'd have to chew the chili and deal with the heartburn.

I'd rather deal with bad chili rather than a bad beverage.

I'd go with Yemana's bad coffee, you could always put some milk & sugar in it to help it out.

I hate both coffee AND chilli so, Id take both, mix them in a bucket, let it sit for a month.....then use the mixture to fertilize my plants

I assume Mel's chili came from Mel's Diner on Alice (which gets my vote, by the way).

I should've added Thelma Evans' (Good Times) oatmeal to this least. Not to mention her pot roast.

I should also add Julie's "world famous" tuna casserole (Welcome Back, Kotter) to this list. I think she was the only one who could stomach it!!
