Alternate 1960's choices to portray the characters

When he past on Edward Winter (who played Col. Flagg on Mash) was billed by some DS fans as a great choice to have played Burke Devlin on original DS. I agree but I am happy for Winter's case he was never on DS and spared the horror of being on the scarey DS set (alexandra Moltke testified it was a frightening set) with the frightening DS actors (Maclean Stevenson was terrified of DS's Conrad Bain when they worked together on Diff'Rent Strokes). However, I have compiled a list of probably good alternate choices for the parts of the DS actors. Not all of these will be totally familiar faces Here it is:

1)Barnabas: Joseph Wiseman (Dr. No, just slightly famous but very probably a very good alternative)

2)David: Kurt Russell

3)Burke;Edward Winter

4)Roger: Tony Randall

5) Vicki:Jenifer O'Neill

6)Carolyn: Sue Lyon

7)Willy: Jack Nicholson or Bruce Dern

8) Adam: Max Baer Jr. (yes Jethro)

9)Liz: Mary Astor

10) Julia: Vivien Leigh (if possible)

11)Angelique: Linda Grey
