I've heard that Stacked Actors by Foo Fighters is about David Grohl's ill fated relationship with Courtney Love.

The Police's "Don't Stand So Close To Me" is about Sting talking to a student that had a crush on him, during his career as a teacher. Obvious from the lyrics.

ZZ Top has several: "Master of Sparks" is about a real-life happening that Billy Gibbons was in when he was in high school. "Precious & Grace" happeneed when they were in their early twenties. "La Grange" is about the house of prostitution in the same name Texas city.

"Mexican Blackbird" was written about a real-life puta (whore) in Mexico whose father was black and whose mother was Mexican.
