Default Was it a baby boy or a baby girl?

When we saw the Heffernans one year later we see a baby in Carrie's arms. The baby was in a white outfit with blue stripes. I will assume it was a boy since the Heffernans already had their baby girl.

I've only seen the show a few times. I didn't realize any kids were included. Did it feature Carrie pregnant? Did they show later episodes with the kids? Sorry, I don't know much about the show (although I like Leah Remini, Jerry Stiller and Kevin James). I guess I was too busy watching "Roseanne," "I Love Lucy" and "Leave it to Beaver!"

On last night's finale we see the Heffernans getting their adopted daughter from China. When they are in the hotel room with her, Carrie discovers she is PREGNANT! So, here they have a newborn daughter and now they discover they will have a baby! Carrie had tried to become pregnant but the doctor told her she may not be able to conceive. So, in the finale we see the show end with one of those ONE YEAR LATER moments and there is Carrie holding a baby, that I presume to be a boy, and their daughter walking around crying. Doug and Carrie have their arms full and in walks her dad Arthur, stating his marriage of one year is OVER. He is BACK HOME!

It would have been so funny to do another year of that show with the two kids and Arthur in the house, wouldn't it? I figured the baby would be a boy since they adopted the girl baby.

Thanks for clearing that up. Hopefully they will run the show again in syndication so I can watch and catch up. How can they leave things hanging like that? It seems they have kept the door open for future episodes.

I hope you catch the reruns. This is the one show (aside from ILL with the exception of that Scotland episode) where I love EVERY SINGLE EPISODE. When I was laid up in bed, I popped in the DVD's of KoQ and

Ya know, I kinda hate to admit it, but there are parts of my hubby that are very much like Doug! (not physically so much). Like his obsession with food - and big screen t.v.'s and goofing off when he should be doing other things.

Hell - I sure hope I don't end up unexpectedly with two kids and an in-law on my doorstep next!!!

It's a shame that there won't be a 10th season. I think two kids and Arthur would make a 10th season hilarous.
