I Heard That Isabel Sanford Did A Short Live Sitcom After The

Jeffersons. I Heard It Centered Around A Hotel.

Does Anyone Know The Name Of This Sitcom.

yeah i think that is true....i believe there is a picture from that series somewhere on the internet....but don't quote me.

Yea I can't remember the name but she did star in a syndicated sitcom although it wasn't exactly a series. I think it aired once as a pilot or one week for 5 days something like that. It was sometime in the 1980's.

I think "Isabel's Honeymoon Hotel" is right but just to be sure, i'm going to double check my TV directory when I get home tonight.

It lasted only 1 episode!

That has got to be a record although I'm sure other shows have only lasted 1 episode.

That has gotten to be the rarest sitcom out there if someone has a copy of the only episode of "Isabel's Honeymoon Hotel"!!

I remember reading a blurb about it in TV Guide at the time and was struck by the fact that it was a five-a-week sitcom and how daunting that seemed. I think Isabel was quoted saying something to that effect in the same piece. If I could point to a source I surely would, but I do not believe that only a single episode was produced, I would have sworn that the show was already running or was about to debut at the time of that write-up.

I'm also quite sure it was not slated to run on any station in my area or I prolly would've checked it out.
