Comedian Tracy Morgan is wanted by police for questioning after a Florida radio DJ filed a criminal complaint accusing the actor of touching her inappropriately while on the air.

Mega 94.9 host Sandy Domingo claims 30 Rock star Morgan walked into her booth at the Clear Channel building in Miami yesterday and started kissing the back of her head while rubbing her arms and shoulders.

Morgan was a guest on neighboring radio station Big 105.9's Paul and Young Ron show.

Police want to talk to Morgan to hear his side of the story, before deciding whether to charge him with misdemeanor battery or not.

Last month, a Los Angeles judge ordered Morgan to wear an ankle bracelet detecting alcohol consumption and to complete five days of community service.

What the heck is wrong with this guy?

He just barely missed jailtime for all this drinking escapades, now this.

I honestly think this show is cursed. Between Baldwin's antics and now Morgan acting like a moron, the execs over at "30 Rock" are going to have a long summer...
