How many times was the diner destroyed?? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

It seems like every other episode someone crashed their cars, bulldozers, big rigs, etc. into the diner. Anyone know the exact number of times this happened? Poor Mel must have had sky-high insurance premiums.

"Good Buddy Flo"---Flo drives a truck into it
"Vera Goes Out on a Limb"--Mel cuts down a tree that falls into the diner
"Alice's Hot Air Romance""--hot air balloon lands thru the roof
"Big Bad Mel"--wrecking ball meant for a nursery school next door hits the diner

I think that's all of them, I did a quick search thru my guide, so I may have missed one.

I don't think so. It's been awhile, but I think that Bert locked her, the other girls and Mel in the Ladie's Room.

I don't think you'd consider it destroying the diner, but I think I remember an episode where they were digging in the storeroom.

yeah, there was one like that. I didn't include it, since it wasn't really structural damage (like the others)

Bullet was right about Bert locking them in the bathroom on Jolene's first episode. Much of the episode took place in there.
