I saw a segment on LRW last night about a trucker who was killed at a rest stop. He was blasted with a shotgun and apparently robbed for just a few dollars. Later, several truckers came forward and said that a car in the same area had been playing "cat and mouse" with them on the highway and one of the truckers even had a conversation on the CB with the occupants in the car. The guys said : "we have already killed one trucker and we will kill you too."

I find it likely that these guys were the ones responsible for the shooting, though it could be a weird coincidence. I know the trucker's surname was an Irish name starting with "Mc." Sorry, but I don't remember his name.

Have there been any updates?

The case you are refering to is Dwayne McCorkendale's.

I don't think there are updates on this case, sadly ...
