I am confused about the opening where it shows an outdoor view of their shop. It looks like a storefront with large glass windows. During the show, however, we only see the inside of their house and the front (junk)yard.
Were the opening shots bogus, or did they actually have a store in front which we never see? |

another thing that doesn't make sense is the building shown during the opening looks like a one story, with a flat roof, and doesn't resemble a house or a home at all....

On the show, we saw the Side of the Shop not the FRONT. |

It's just weird that they are never in the place where they sell stuff. |

That has always confused me, thing is there is no Barber Shop next to Fred's house it is Julio's house and he was in the junk business too.

I too had noticed that & wondered that. The front of the show in the opening doesn't seem to match the inside lol. Good to see the info on here...

didnt mean to over state the obvious.... the set designers did do pretty well in loosly matching what was shown in the opening, but certain things, like the position of the door, the proximity of the place next door , the driveway Lamont pulls the truck into, ect. dont match what we see during the actual shows....
