(The Buffalo Sabres beat the NY Rangers 2-1. The NJ Nets won the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals 4 games to 2 by beating the Tornot Raptors 98-97.)

(Ralph & Ed just watched the games at the Raccoon Lodge.)

Ed: "Boy, what a mized bag evening. The Rangers lost but the Nets advanced."

Ralph: "Yeah, now both the Rangers and the Devils now have to keep winning to advance."

Ed: "Yeah, but what about New Jersey? I wonder who they are going to face next."

Ralph: "I think it would be LeBron James' Clevland Cavs. The next victims on the Nets list. But, the next victims on the Rangers and Devils' lists are the Sabres and the Senators respectfully."

Freddie Muller: "Are you sure about that Ralph? The Cavs with LeBron are tough. Let's not forget the Rangers and the Devils are barely keeping thier head above water."

Ed: "Just like me when I am on the job."

Ralph: "Yeah, but Clevland is going to be too well-rested from their sweep. Because of that, they are going to suffer something I like to call sweepitis. That is a disease that affects a team in the playoffs after they sweep on team in the middle of the playoffs but fail to advance when it comes time to play their second team."

Fred: "LeBron looks real good."

Ralph: "Ahhh, he is not that great. If he was, he would have lead his team to the playoffs in the last three years. He hasn't done that already."

Fred: "Ralph, he is only in his early 20s."

Ralph: "That proves that he has a tough road ahead."

Fred: "Would you rather be young and healthy Ralph?"

Ralph: "Yeah."

Ed: "Then, why are you so unhealthy and old?"

Ralph (yells): "SHUT UP NORTON!"

Fred: "I will make a bet with you. I bet you $10. If all of them advance, I will give you $10. If all of them lose, you will give me $10."

Ralph: "You got yourself a bet Fred."

(They all sing a song about sports.)

(Jackie Gleason comes out.)

Jackie: "Folks, as usual the Miami Beach audiences are the BEST! GOOD NIGHT!"
