ALWAYS! Even Vera wore a dress all the time. Flo wore pants or a dress.

Also, Alice has these pins and other things pinned on her dress. Right now in the episodes you see a heart pinned to her dress, but there is some silver looking chain also pinned to her dress but I can't figure out what it is.

Yes, and she hardly ever wore that ridiculous hat.

YES! THAT TOO! Boy, Alice seemed to get away with not doing what Flo and Vera did a lot of.

Flo and Belle were the only ones who wore pants, I think. Flo's pants really emphasized how tall she was, that's for sure.

I can't recall if Belle wore pants. I am certain she always wore a dress as well.

I think by the time the 1980s rolled around, all the waitresses were wearing strictly dresses.
