Why is "THE VIEW" only videotaped on Fridays and Live from Monday to Thursday? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I been meaning to ask that everytime i hear Rosie say on Thursday's Show that "Tomorrow's show will be videotaped". Anyone know why ?

Maybe they tape the Friday show on Thursday, and have an off day on Friday.

Well that leads me to another Question, why would they not WORK on Friday?-lol

They get the weekends off.There's no reason for them to get 3 days off.

Maybe they just need a break. It's not easy work doing a talkshow.

Please don't take this the wrong way but if you really don't know why then you shouldn't have responded to my question. I'm not looking for people to speculate, i really want to know why they are not live on Fridays. Whenever I ask a question I'm really looking for THE ANSWER, not possible answers

Well they just get a three day weekend. I think a lot of talk shows does that, I know Oprah tapes two shows a day.

I'm sorry, but I really think they do that, so they can get a 3 Day Weekened.
