Kobe was Hot after the first round playoff exit and put the pressure on the front office to do something now because he no longer wants to be a one man show and that this summer will be HUGE for this organization. he also said that management needs to think about what direction they want to go in because kobe wants to WIN NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-LOL

Management does need to do something now if they want to win ... trade Kobe for some team players.

It was his skills not Kobe's that won the Championships for the Lakers.

I'll give you my 10 year old nephew is a better free throw shooter but Shaq is dominant because he know HOW to use his size and abilities.

There are plently of tall and big guys who couldn't cut it. Bryant "Dumb Country" Reeves comes to mind

Shaq is BIG and Overrated, and never had any skills. He just runs guys over
