When Alice drags Tommy out of the diner, she flips the sign on the door the wrong way and it says, "Open" instead of "Closed."

If "Open" was pointed towards the viewing audience, then it wasn't a blooper.

I have also been looking out for something. Remember the HEX episode when the word BROWN was the word Alice needed to be careful of? Well, the first thing that occurred was Alice knocking dishes out of Vera's hands while Vera was carrying A BROWN TRAY. I have yet to see another brown tray in the diner, only yellow colored ones. They deliberately used one brown tray in that hex episode.

Very good eye. I also notice a lot of shadows on the walls of boom microphones.

Oh yeah, here is another. In the episode abt the money they found, the bag was ripped by Flo. When the old lady came back for the bag of money, Vera had the bag and it was in perfect condition.
