Richard (Tom Selleck) was twice as old as Monica (Courtney Cox) when they dated on Friends. I don't know the exact age difference.

Good Times: Esther Rolle 20 years older than John Amos.

John Amos 9 years older than Jimmy Walker, 13 years older than Bernadette Stanis.

Here's the biggest age difference I could find in a sitcom couple:

Ted Knight (12/7/1923-8/26/1986) and Georgia Engel (7/28/1948) from the Mary Tyler Moore Show. At nearly 25 years, that's an even wider gap than Isabel Sanford and Sherman Hemsley, and Esther Rolle and John Amos!!

Others:

Bob Newhart (9/5/1929) was over 13 years older than his second TV wife, Mary Frann (2/27/1943-9/23/1998).

David White (Larry Tate of Bewitched) (4/4/1916-11/27/1990) was nearly a decade older than his second Louise, Kasey Rogers (12/15/1925-7/6/2006).

George Tobias (Bewitched's Abner Kravitz) (7/14/1901-2/27/1980) was also quite a bit older than both of his leading ladies: Alice Pearce (Gladys #1) (10/16/1917-3/3/1966) and Sandra Gould (Gladys #2) (7/23/1916-7/20/1999).

Lest we forget, William Frawley of I Love Lucy (2/26/1887) was considerably older than his sitcom spouse, Vivian Vance (7/26/1909, or 1911, 1912, or 1913, depending on which source you read).

I Love Lucy: William Frawley (Fred Mertz) was more than 22 years older than Vivian Vance (Ethel).

The Honeymooners: Jackie Gleason (Ralph) was close to 10 years older than Audrey Meadows (Alice).
