Anyone born on February 29?
I really hate it when people say they are 4 years old just because they were born on a day that comes once every 4 years, i mean seriously....a year is 365 days, sometimes 366...but if you live 365 days, that is 1 YEAR...so you are 1 YEAR OLD.... if you live 365*2 then you are 2 YEARS OLD....Being born on February 29 does not make you any younger than anyone else!!!

exactly. a year is a time period when the earth makes a full orbit around the sun; it just takes about 6 hours longer than 365 days, hence the extra day every four years. by some people's logic, we could declare worldwide that this year is 1997 and say that we're all ten years younger.
