Default How many...

...here watch TV shows online?
For those who don't know any sites that do it, there's tv4u.com, intv.com, and of course you tube.
Also NBC and CBS also show episodes of some of their shows online, and your local staions might. For instance, my local ABC station shows episodes of some ABC shows, on their website.

Also - www.in2tv.com - im not sure if that is the site but if it isnt just search in2tv on google...it has like 30-40 shows each with like 4-10 episodes. I usually dont watch them online unless its not on tv, cuz its not as good watching it on a chair than on a couch :P

I try not to, unless it's something I'm really dying to see. I spend enough time on the computer as it is.

Watching a TV show online is like listening to a football on a two speaker radio while you are at the game-lol Just never saw the point

I watch Perfect Strangers online but if I could get it on DVD instead believe me I would! However the High Quality Download looks not too bad, kind of like tiny TV size.

I have just experimented with a small Dlink (510) media player that is supposed to somehow show these shows when you connect it to your network & the TV however the only thing I have gotten to come in so far was an episode of Gumby! (Which I downloaded mainly out of curiosity, imagine though all the trouble those claymation people went to)

I'm sorry; that's the link I meant; not intv.com.

And; in2tv.com has a LOT more shows than 30-40. A HELL of a lot more!!!

I've been watching plenty of clips and episodes of classic soaps on YouTube lately.

Hey, I do that at baseball games. I'm just a sucker for Harry Kalas though.

And I've never watched episodes online, maybe if I had better speakers, and a better monitor I would. But It's just not as comfortable as watching with surround sound on the couch.

That sounds great! I've never listened to a football before. The one I have at home won't even talk to me. I wonder where I went wrong. Of course, if you live near a good quarterback, you're always bound to get a great 'reception'!

Back to business...

I love watching TV shows online because they're often better than what the networks are showing at the present time. I would love to watch In2Tv but it's not offered in Canada and I don't know if AOL Canada has anything similiar to it. I recently found a site that's just like YouTube and is exactly the same except that it offers complete episodes of old and new series instead of 5 or 10 minute clips. It's called the Veoh Video Network and is found on www.veoh.com . If you like classic TV series from the 50s and 60s the best places to find them are LikeTelevision (www.liketelevision.com) and my favourite site TV4U.

Come on, Solomon, where's your sense of humour? I know exactly what you meant, and that doesn't happen very often. Enjoy the moment while you can.
