Was there actually an episode in which Mr Drummond was caught spying on his hot teenage daughter? That sounds like the kind of thing somebody would make up, but on the other hand, ya know, considering the stuff I know was on, I wouldn't discount it. Obviously if this actually "happened" then I simply must know what season and episode.

I registered to ask this too. There's a description of a peeping episode on jumptheshark.com. It was voted the 6th most 'jumpthesharky' episode, entitled "A Very Special Episode, Mr. Drummond peeks...:
http://www.jumptheshark.com/topic/Di...chartOnly=true In the comments, someone posted this: Pushing the "very special episode" cliche to the max, the line was crossed when young arnold caught Mr. Drummond peeking in on his nubile daughter, Kimberly, as she took a bath. The family once again had to confront the issue of pedophilia and criminal behavior, yawn. Just a season earlier Gordon Jump guest starred as a man who diddled a little boy, and word is that Mr. Drummond forced the producers to cough up an equally compelling storyline, in a last-ditch effort to curry emmy favor. Whatever the case, the episode came off as more silly (Mr. Drummond weeping as Maryanne Mobley packs her bags) than serious. This was the end. Pre Feb 28, 2007 Guest http://www.jumptheshark.com/topic/Di.../529&start=195 Was this just an elaborate hoax??? I saw most if not all of the episodes when I was younger, and when I heard this, I can't tell if it's a memory I'm making up or was this an actual episode? Thanks. |
