I just checked my tape of this morning's 5:30 am episode of Ryan's Hope from September 1981. Morgan Freeman's name was in the credits. I just found out he was in a brief role on this show though, just a couple eps. Though he would be on Another World for two years after this.

Kathy Bates played a character named Belle on All My Children back in the early '80s. It was when Erica was sent to prison for "murdering" Kent Bogard. Bates played Erica's cellmate who terrorized her.
