Default Say it ain't So, the Nuggets are up on the Spurs 1-0

WOW, now that is the SHOCK of the Weekend, I saw no chance of Denver winning in San Antonio but they did and now it's on like popcorn. No need for Spurs fans to worry because they will still win the series

BTW: The Spurs was down 91-87 with 20 seconds left and went for a Two instead of a three, whicvh means that the score was 93-89 with 15.9. So I don't know why they didn't immediately go for the three when they knew it wasn't much time left-lol Stupid Coaching

I'm pretty surprised by this one as well. I expect the Spurs to come back with a vengeance in the next game.

This is a dangerous series for the Spurs. They better take the Nuggets seriously or they will be out. This series might go 6 or 7 games.

The Spurs aren't what they used to be. They still are solid with Parker, Ginobli and Duncan but alot of their role players are getting up in years. Horry, Bowen, Finley, Barry.....these guys aren't youngsters. Their center position isn't very strong either. The Nuggets are young and athletic. The Spurs could be in for a shock.

Bobby I been watching the NBA Playoffs since the spring of 84 and I know from watching all those years that what denver did tonight means absolutely nothing. Spurs will prevail, put your paycheck on it

I'm with you. The Spurs have that been there, done that attitude. I am sure they really aren't phased by this.

Ask Seattle about that from back in 94 when a young Nuggets team upset them when they were the #1 seed and had the best record in the NBA. $ h i t happens!!

The nuggets aren't the same team they were in previous playoff appearances. Now they've got a better melo, AI, a better marcus camby and a much improved Nene. The spurs are getting old but are still very much in contetntion for a title. I was not that shocked. If you remember the last time these 2 teams met in the playoff's I think if i'm not wrong I think denver took game 1.

Bobby are you comparing the 2007 Spurs who have won a championship TWICE in this decade to the 1994 Seattle Super Duds who hadn't won SH*T during that decade? Come On Bobby, Talk to me-lol

Actually Bobby, that was a little different because that was a best of 5 series as opposed to a best of 7.
