On the April 19 show, they had Izzy donating bone-marrow to a daughter she had given up for adoption when she was 16. I wondered if any of her buddies
knew about this? I only started watching this show last summer so I'm kind of in the dark about some of the plots.

From what I recall, Izzie's daughter was a secret from the other interns. I think it was only ever mentioned once, and that was to a patient. Otherwise, I'm sure the interns would've speculated it had something to do w/ Izzie's daughter. I'm only going on memory here, so please don't hold me to this, but I'm about 90% sure that's what happened.
