IMDb says 4, but they're often wrong. I think I've seen him more than 4 times.

I don't know the exact number but I do know that Tooey (2E) along with Chester appeared in way more than four episodes, primarily in the first couple of seasons. They were overshadowed by Eddie and Lumpy.

Did Whitey and Tooey appear in any episodes together? According to IMDb they didn't but of course you can't always believe them.

Thanks, howilu. I went to www.tv.com/leave-it-to-beaver/show/1422/episode_guide.html, which I guess I should have done in the first place, and made a list. Unless I missed anything, Tooey appears in these episodes:
