I really liked the character a lot. He was the nervous little guy. He was funny. IMO

Actually he was in two episodes, Mel's Happyburger and Vera's Mortician.

Of course, he played a very similar character for 6 seasons on The Bob Newhart Show (1972-78) as Mr. Peterson, one of Bob's therapy patients.
