Episodes which should be considered dreams

The two parter that introduced season three. Comely actresses Joan Collins and Samantha Eggar were in both and while that's very good the plot had voodoo being real as some crazy witch doctor uses a doll of Starsky and makes the real Starsky far away get cursed. Now that plot twist is obvously 100% impossible (it was like the writers of Gilligan's Island had tooken over the S+H series for two weeks). Usually S+H was more credible!


In a later third season ep Starsky and hutch meet up (while on vacation) with a super crazy and deadly satanic cult. The writers fault an never have the duo mention their previous run-in with voodoo in that two parter even though the newer experience should kind of remind them of it. But they have Hutch say that after having the run-in with the satanic cult he had nightmares from it. I made up this scenario. Hutch, after meeting the satanic cult, merely dreamed that night that he and Starsky were on an island getting cursed vooddo style and thus the voodoo adventure happens in an imaginary way before the tag of the satanic cult ep when Hutch claimed to have had bad nightmares.
