i Been watching alot of 1980s episode since Friday and i notice that George And Louise Hardly had A Fight Or Argued after season 7,it wasn't like the first 6 years when it seem they were always having a fight or argument.
and when they did have a fight or argument(which seem like it hardly happened after season 7) it wasn't as loud or a huge blowout fight like the earlier years. i remember Reading Somewhere that the producer had to toned down the fights between George And Louise Along with everything else in the 1980s. |

As for her being spoiled, unlike Louise and Florence I get the feeling that she never knew what it meant to be in want so to me she was less sympathetic. i guess Jenny never did either but she was more down to earth maybe because she was young. |

they were still fun to watch in the later years, but they were at there funniest together in the early years Especially in All in the family and season 1 of the Jeffersons when they were in the same room.
although it was nice not to see them fighting or arguing like they did in the early episodes. |

Another Difference Abouit George And Luoise In The early Years Compared To The later Years That i notice tonight when i watch a season 4 episode was That George Wasn't as Pushy,Controlling Or Demanding Toward Louise, He Didn't Tell Her What To Do Or Demand She Do What He Told her to Do.
Episodes Examples Are A Friend In Need Louise Feels Useless Jefferson Vs Jefferson The Cook Book The Wedding The Agreement The Marriage Counselors Louise's Friend George Needs Help Louise's Reuion Louise's Award The Ones You Love A Night To Remeber I've Got A Secret |

I've been watching my first season DVD lately, and in every single episode, they have a huge fight, and the main storyline revolves around it. Most of the episodes in season 2 and 3 are the same way, and that's what I always liked the most about the Jeffersons. It wasn't a goody-goody fight, where they fight, and they solve it and make up in the next 10 minutes. They had a fight, it ended, they almost never made up, and life went on.
By the last season, they rarely fighted, Tom and Helen where barely seen together anymore, the show was nowhere near edgy, and all the characters seemed to have been dumbed-down a bit. I think the main reason for that was because by the last season, family shows like The Cosby Show, Family Ties, and Who's the Boss? had taken over television, and where the shows that remained when this happen, like The Jeffersons, tried to become what The Cosby Show was - a nice, heart-warming show where no one fighted. |

That's probably why the TV guide critic after the first season called the Jeffersons a "UNPLEASANT SHOW" lol |
