How could I forget WKRP's Herb Tarlek and his godawful plaid suits? He always wore them with a white belt an white shoes.

Bonnie Franklin in the first 2 seasons of One Day At A Time. Those dresses were hideous along with her mushroom haircut. Season 3 and beyond they made her look better in her wardrobe and hairstyle (especially when she cut it in a Dorothy Hamil style).
