Default Season 6 part 2 episode 1: Soprano Home Movies (possible spoiler)

What did you guys think? I liked it. God I'm still getting over that fight between Tony and Bobby. I can't believe they actually got into it. Is Carmella right? or will he get revenge on Bobby? I liked how in the start they showed it back in 2004 too. I don't want Tony to get busted again though.

Tony did get revenge on Bobby by making him "whack" somebody. Bobby told Tony that he never did that before and Tony made sure that he "popped his cherry."

That's not really revenge though. I mean revenge like he might have somebody take out Bobby. Maybe you mean if when the guy ripped Bobbys' shirt that if the cops go to crime scene and find and track his clothing and put him in jail.

Revenge isn't just killing somebody or beating him up. Tony is a smart guy. He knew Bobby never wanted to kill someone and made sure he did it. That is punishment enough.

Yea I could see that Tony wanted to make Bobby feel uncomfortable killing someone but It would be revenge even more if Bobby got put in prison over it like if the cops traced Bobbys' ripped shirt back to him from dead guys hands.

Well let's see if they follow up on that. The show sometimes doesn't always tie up loose ends.

Yea and actually now that I think more about it, you're right. Even if Bobby doesn't get sentenced, killing someone will last a lot longer in a persons conscience (Bobby didn't look like he really wanted to kill him) than Tonys' will because he lost a fight. Bobbys' gonna have to live with that for the rest of his life.

Exactly, Tony knows how to screw with somebody's mind.

I know Tonys' smart it's just I'm not used to seeing him get his revenge like that. I used to think Tony was the kind of guy that would get revenge with his fists but I'm wrong I guess.

He still does, I am sure, but considering this is his sister's husband and the fact that maybe he has softened up a bit since getting shot, maybe that played a factor.

Yea. Fights in general suck sometimes. Like the way Bobby did a cheap shot on him, Tony could have won if it wasn't for that. Then Tony slipped on the rug. So then Bobby looks like the dominate one.

That's an excellent point Brian. That was revenge, Soprano style, lol.

I really enjoyed tonight's show. Why was Tony so mad at Christopher? Last season seems so long ago.
