John Schneider was, and still is, a total hottie. Plus, he seems like a really nice, down to earth guy in real life from the interviews I've read and seen on TV.

Drool Favorite Character???

I just voted. There was no doubt, no hesitation, no ifs, ands or buts about it. It was Bo Duke. Bo Duke=HOTTEST DUKE. Even in those made-for-tv reunion movies a few years back...he was still the HOTTEST DUKE. I just love Bo Duke. I can't explain why...if I could, I would. The only lame explanation I can come up with for why I like him is: HE'S HOT.

^ The late 70s/early 80s was a great time for hot blond men on TV - John Schneider, Dean Butler (LHOP), Larry Wilcox (CHiPS) to name a few. John Schneider was and still is a VERY handsome man.

Don't forget David Soul from Starsky and Hutch who played Ken "Hutch" Hutchinson. Oh, and there's Tom Reilly who played Bobby "Hot Dog" Nelson and Bruce Penhall who played his younger brother Bruce Nelson in the last season of CHiPs.

Actually, I was never into David Soul (I was more into Paul Michael Glaser in this case!). I don't even remember what the "Nelson brothers" on CHiPS looked like...I don't think I've ever seen the final season of CHiPS, to be honest.

I have to go with Roscoe.

James Best was in a couple of Burt Reynolds movies right before Dukes (one being "Hooper," which I loved as a kid) and I took an immediate liking to his character. Good actor, funny guy.

I've never seen Hooper, but I probably should. It sounds interesting.

I had a huge crush on Bo and Luke for a long time, but Bo was always too dumb for my liking (=

Pretty effective, hey?
