A doctor from Bakersfield California...he met a girl at a bar..they went to his place..she had a headache and he made a homemade remedy..she woke up 3 days later at his apartment...she was tired for many days afterward...she thinks she was raped...I was wondering If he was ever arrested..there was never an update to the ep. =(

Dr. Kenneth Frank – Dr. Kenneth Frank of Bakersfield, California was convicted of administering a sedative and then raping a young woman named “Patty” at his apartment. Before he could be sentenced however Dr. Frank went on the lam.

Last year after twenty years on the run Dr. Kenneth Frank was apprehended in Israel. He is being extradited to the United States to stand trial on the charge as we speak.

PS: She wasn't asleep for three days - I believe it was only around a day but its been awhile since I saw the segment.

from what I remember she took the medicine on Friday and didn't wake up until Monday..

Just saw this segment for the first time a few weeks ago. The way I remember it, Patty was knocked out Saturday night, and didn't wake up until Monday morning. She was still groggy on Monday, so she spent the majority of that day sleeping.
