Teen gropes teacher in girl's bathroom - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

MASSILLON, OH -- A Massillon middle school student is in a juvenile detention center after police say he groped a teacher in a school bathroom.
A substitute teacher at Massillon Middle School accuses the boy of groping her inside the girls bathroom on Monday morning.

Although the alleged assault wasn't caught on camera, every action leading up to and following it was, enabling police to press charges.

The boy claims he thought the woman was a student.

The eighth grader is a new student -- two weeks ago he transferred from the Tallmadge school system.

"We called them, they've been real cooperative," School security administrator Chuck Maier said. "They told us of other incidents."

But Massillon school leaders never knew about those incidents.

"We contacted the principal up there," Principal Joe Andaloro said. "But we had no warning."

We contacted the Tallmadge school system several times today. The superintendent was unavailable for comment.

The boy is now being recommended for expulsion from the Massillon school system. He faces juvenile charges of sexual imposition.

I thought she was a student... uh, how dumb is this kid?? Either that or they need to rethink their staff dress code.

This is also not the first time this kid has done something like this.
He did it at his other school too.

This is crazy.What was he doing in the girls' bathroom, anyways?If he'd have said he did not know what she was talking about,would he have gotten away with it,Since they did not get it on tape?
