It's True There is A However Slight, Difference In Their Chemistry and Indeed, She Is Not Laughing At Every Single Little Thing He Says As She Did On The Cosby Show. Chalk It Up To Her Being Used To Him After All These years And Knowing What To Expect From Him. . .

Sorry for bringing up such a old thread and all but, I was just thinking maybe some of it had to do with Cosby Affair? I mean I know it was a personal matter between Cosby and his wife but I am sure Phylicia didn't know until 1997 when the rest of America found out and was was shocked when she found out to. I am not saying that she had a right to be Disappointed or not be Disappointed but just think about it, That might have change there chemistry a little bit.

What I think is that it was just a different show and she wanted to act differently and to try to disassociate herself from the other show. It's called acting.

Their are rumors that phylicia's daughter is bill cosby's kid she has the same big nose as him and she is also a huge fan of jello pudding, Bill and Phylicia did seem kinda perverted on the majority of the episodes of the 1980's sitcom The Cosby Show they must of had a secret relationship behind the camera set of the show this is a big mystery to me and lots of other fans.

Cool

I don't think there was any difference in their chemistry. They were playing different character on "Cosby" than they had on "The Cosby Show" and those characters had a different kind of relationship than cliff and Clair Huxtable.

They both had the same chemistry on the 1996 show Cosby as the 1984 The Cosby Show come on people they had worked 8 years together behind the set they had grown close, they both had a good friendship Bill is a good actor and Phylicia is a good actress, i wonder why they both never decided to do a movie together back in the 1990's it would be kinda late for them to do a movie together now in 2013 they look like great grand parents lol

Although it's too late now, I always thought that Leslie Uggams or Melba Moore would make an interesting TV spouse for Bill...!
