i thought this theme was boring when they did it last year, but they all managed to do pretty well with it last year, too, so it might wind up being good.

Blake - One of his better performances IMO. It's a really good vocal and a good performance.

Phil - He better hope Haley screws up big time, because that was just...blah. Not bad, but forgettable, and just...middle-of-the-road. He's in big trouble tomorrow, IMO.

Melinda - Sounded exactly the same as usual. I wish the judges would stop over-pimping her. It was good, but she's going to need to do something that's not exactly the same to convince me she can be a sucessful winner.

The show feels really, really weird tonight. They're flying through the performances.

Joe, why do HATE eevryone whos not Jordin? I LOVE LOVE LOVE Jordin, but I like everyone else too

I thought Blakew and Phil wree great,Melinda too.

*AHEM* NOW BACK TO REVIEWING.

Chris R - Very good. A refreshing step up from last week's trainwreck. I liked it. (yes, I downloaded his performance last week).

Jordin - Good. Not her best, but good. I liked it a lot. I liked her last week, but I can admit this was miles better.

Standards Night '07 is going pretty well so far, I must say. It's not as horribly boring as the other 3 nights were (YES I DOWNLOADED LAST WEEK'S EPISODE).

Chris R and Jordin were awesome, Giiba was great, Sanjaya was as ussual HORRIBLE, but not as bad

Haley was pretty good too

Gina - First of all, THANK YOU GINA for telling Simon just because some people are good doesn't mean everyone else has to suck. Oh, and I liked this, she took a risk and pulled it off.

Sanjaya - LMAO he's not even a contestant anymore, he's like...the resident comedian/entertainer. LOL "WELCOME TO THE UNIVERSE OF SANJAYA!".

Haley - Lower register...no. It wasn't bad overall. The judges were really rude *-* WTF?

LaKisha - I actually liked this, although what I said for Melinda also applies to her.

tonight was pretty good overall. right now i see a Haley, Gina, and Phil bottom 3 with Phil gone. i thought Phil was the worst tonight (not including Sanjaya), so i think he should leave, anyway.
