Default Here is a very good example of Demond Wilson being HIGH in the ep-"Fred the Activist"

There is a scene in this ep when the phone rings and Bubba goes to answer it and before Bubba could say Hello, Demond Wilson was saying-"WHO IS IT? WHO IS IT??

I was like damm he must have been high as a kite because he guy who played bubba had not even put his ear to the phone yet-lol

I believe Demond admitted that he once had a cocaine habit during his days on Sanford and Son; probably, the reason why he wore those ridiculous, sunglsses during the last season of the show; to cover up the fact that he was higher than a kite..

I never knew Redd did coke, I know he was a heavy drinker and beat his wife. I got the source from herself. She was on a talk show years ago that showcased wives of dead celebrities, and she admitted he beat her.

It was said in a interview that Redd Foxx had a HEAVY coke addiction. He use to wear a gold chain around his neck that held his coke. It can be seen sometimes on S&S under his shirts.
