I have to pick Ross on Friends. Couldn't stand anything about him. He had an overinflated ego, was whiny, possesive, jealous, controlling and just downright unlikeable.

for me it's a tie between julia mazzonne of CITC and hilary banks from the fresh prince of bel iar. i hate them for different reasons but i cannot choose one over the other because i despise them so much.
julia was annoying and the so-called bad guy who came between caroline and richard and hilary was so self-centred, selfish and spoilt. she was the reversal of the dumb blonde stereotype

Fonzie on HAPPY DAYS. When I was growing up, I used to think he was one of the funniest characters on TV. But now, I CAN'T STAND him.

Col. Flagg from M*A*S*H-he's always radically stirring things up, especially when Col. Potter is in command.

I agree 100%, he's one of the reasons why I couldn't get into Friends.

My least favorite is Jerry Seinfeld. I just didn't get what people liked about "Seinfeld" and that very annoying voice made me cringe like hell. To fans, My apologies.

Rachel in Friends. She wasn't terrible, but she got on my nerves, especially in the earlier episodes with the whole spoiled rich girl act. And to quote Monica, for the rest of the time she was 'I love Ross, I hate Ross, I love Ross, I hate Ross'

Also COULDN'T STAND Newman on Seinfeld. I didn't find him amusing at all.

On The Andy Griffith Show, they brought in Warren after Barney left and I could not stand to watch the shows with Warren in them. He just got on my nerves. I wasn't overly fond of Goober either.

Annoying, buffoonish characters: Urkel, JJ Evans, Screech Powers, The Nanny, Lenny and Squiggy, Rerun

Dull and boring: Grady & Bubba (Sanford and Son), Warren & Goober (Andy Griffith), Claire Huxtable, Mindy

Overrated: Fonzie, Kramer, Friends cast, Mary-Kate & Ashley, Delta Burke

Diane Chambers is probably my least favorite character on any TV show I like. She is the reason why I can't watch much of the early seasons of Cheers. Rebecca wasn't much of an improvement, but I found her slightly more tolerable to watch. I found Diane to be spoiled and incredibly self-centered. I didn't think she was funny at all. I also found Sam to be a total sleazebag at times, but he still had his likable moments.

I also didn't like the Barones on Everybody Loves Raymond. I can't beleive I onve loved this show. It's so insufferable to me now.

I can't stand Horshack (WBK) either. His voice was like nails on a chalkboard.
