ABC casts 'Cavemen'
Casting -- The "Cavemen" can finally be revealed. Thesps cast for the much-discussed comedy pilot, based on Geico cavemen commercials, include newcomers Nick Kroll as Nick, Bill English as Joel and Kaitlin Doubleday as Kate. ABC TV Studio is behind the project.

ABC has greenlit a sitcom pilot based on the Geico cavemen ads, but it looks like it’s hiring new actors to play the cavemen.
Nick Kroll, Bill English and Kaitlin Doubleday have been cast in the leads. No word of Jeff Daniel Phillips and Ben Weber, who play the teed-off Cro-Magnons in the commercials. |

This will remind me of the 1960's tv show IT"S ABOUT TIME" . I wonder how long this new series will last. Time went two years but wasn't a great rating attraction. THis may only go 2 months
