Default Buried Alive

They thought Nicki & Paulo were dead so they buried them. Do you think they
will get dug up before its too late? This was a weird episode.

Her eyes came open when they started throwing the dirt on her but Sawyer
didn't notice. Man what a way to go.

I took it as they were buried alive and died. Has this couple been around much? I don't recall them. This episode bored me to tears, but that ending sure perked me up, lol.

They tried to make it seem like they'd been around all the time.

I noticed that too. It was bizarre. It got interesting once we learned how they died or whatever, but beyond that, I didn't care one bit about the characters. I don't like to see anyone meet that nasty end, but they were cold blooded killers, so I didn't care about them one way or the other.

To me, it felt like a wasted episode. I don't know what the writers are thinking this season, or if they're even thinking at all, lol. I hated last fall's episodes, and like only a handful of this batch. I know a few people who have stopped watching....my brother, my stepson, my husband's friend, and a member from SO.

well, it was better than a clip show or a rerun, and at least we got to see Shannon and Boone again (who else made cameos?)

I was practically on my feet when I heard Shannon. Even before they showed her, I knew that voice. She's one of my favorite characters from the whole show. I hope we see more of her in upcoming episodes.

It was also good to see Boone, Arntz, and Ethan again.

Well, like Locke said in the beginning, nothing stays buried on the island!.....Both the actors are moving on to new shows this fall, but they will probably be back sometime next season for an episode or 2, to wrap up their storyline.

Nikki opened her eyes, while they were burrying (sp?) her. Earlier in the episode, they said if your bit by one of those spiders, your body goes numb for 8 hours. They also said something about being bit on the spine. Paulo was bit on the back of his neck, which probably led to his spine. He was still alive......I think they are still alive....for now anyway. That's why they kept showing their faces, which was a bit creepy. They were awake through everything, their bodies were just numb.

They've been there all season long. Since the 3rd or 4th episode, at least. The ending was great. I actually loved the whole episode.

I loved how they recreated all those old scenes. It was very well done......What I found interesting about these two is that they found the pearl station, and the yellow plane, before anyone else did.....And not to mention that Paulo heard the plan about Jack, Kate, and Sawyer. Even worse, he knew Michael would lead them into a trap, and didn't say anything! He really was a messed up person!....Then again, everyone on the island is.

Have they ever had any lines before this week?

Yea they were on a few episodes. They never made much of an impression though.

I never liked them and I'm glad they're gone but I did like the episode. I like how they recreated the scenes putting them in the scene of all the action.
