Default Called another FYE store in Philly and they said they have Maude season 1 DVD BUT....
it's still in the boxes in the back and they don;t have time to go and get it and put it on the shelf because they are short on staff, but THEY DO HAVE IT-lol

So what should i do Now?

Go to that store and ask for it. Tell them that you called and you were informed that they had it and you just want to pick up your copy. They have to go in the back and get it. It's the part of good customer service.

Yeah, they did say from looking at the computer that they have it but I will just feel better if it was on the shelf. I think I did do that with What's happening and they went in the back and got it. That sounds like a Friday activity defintely won;t do it today
