Default Who did Martin's Mother think she was fooling???-LOL

She knows damm well she told martin she couldn';t stand Denise. what was dumb was Martin saying it to Denise. The mother had no idea martin was that dumb to actually reveal something like that to his girlfriend. So when martin's mother was confronted by Clair, she had to back pedal and clean it up because she was probably in shock that it came out. So she had to quickly make up a LIE to stop Clair from kicking her ass-lol But we all know that She did say she couldn;t stand Denise because Martin wouldn;t have never said it-lol

BTW: Who would tell that companion that their mother or father hates them? Martin was a true A$$hole

I wouldn't tell my partner. I think that if my family hated them, they would know it.

I hated Denise. It was funny actually seeing an episode being built around the fact that Denise was hated by someone, especially her mother-in-law.

Martin was stupid and insensitive for telling Denise that piece of info.

Martin's mother was saying "I never said I hated Denise" and "I have nothing against Denise", you heard the fear and shock in her voice and she was talking fast because she was so scared. LMAO!!!

And I agree Martin was dumb to tell Denise that his mother can't stand her.

Exactly, she was Nervous as hell when confronted by Clair-lol I'm just surprised that Clair believed what she was saying.

BTW: Even when it xame to one of my friends being disliked by one of my family members i still never told them. My grandmom hated my best friend and till this day he still does't know-lol

For starters Martin was a complete moron for telling Denise that. And another thing about the episode was disturbing was Martin trying to make Denise something she wasn't by wearing something that she, herself, would not wear to please his mom. Furthermore, if you see the episode Martin's mother explained to Clair how Martin goes into things half cocked when she referred to him marrying Olivia's mom and after a while into the marriage she did not want to be married anymore. What she told Martin that he did not like the way he make decisions halfcocked. Everything got straightened out at the end and Martin was taken to the cross by not only by his mother but by his wife and mother-in-law at the same time.

Yeah she was. She should have been straight up and told to Claire's uptight face, "I am not happy my son married your daughter!" *catfight*

No she is not. Look at the episode again and what she told Clair in the kitchen and her confronting Martin afterwards. Look how Martin's mom and Denise bonded afterwards. She got on Martin for making Denise wear that top to look conservative. I believe Martin's mom and it was misunderstood on Martin's part. He heard what he wanted to hear and use that against Denise in a heat of anger in the episode where Denise did not turn in the papers for milatary housing. Speaking out of anger is a bad thing. That relationship with Martin and Denise rubbed me the wrong way. It was like a parent (Martin) and a child needed guidance (Denise).

Do you understand that she had to SAY what she said because she was being confronted by her son' daughter Mother in HER HOUSE?-lol What else was she going to say-"Yeah I do hate your Daughter! So she had to put it on Martin to take the HEAT off herself

I understand your point of view in this discussion. I do enjoy having this conversation with you. Look at the scene when Clair and Martin's mother was in the kitchen when the topic came up. I sense a complete honesty from Mrs. Kendall. It was too bad that Martin started this mess from the getty up.

I know what it is like to not be liked by someone's parents. I had two roommates whose parents did not like me and they made it known in how they treated me and the fact those respective roommate let me know what their parents thought of me. One of them I confronted and it was wrong now looking at it going to someone's mother any kind of way.
