Default Guess Who Posted On IMDB?

I have asked the question before on this board, does anyone know if the stars we talk about from TV or movies read the posts on sitcoms online? someone once told me that they thought Dawn wells read these posts, Maryann from gilligans island, of course gilligan fanatic might know if thats true or not, well I also wondered the same thing about IMDB, well today I got my answer.

I was reading about the thoughts of people who have seen the new release of the Superman and superman 2 DVD sets and one of the actors who was in both movies gave his opinions to anyone that would ask on IMDB, and that actor was Jack OHalloran, who played the villain NAN, one of general Zods Henchman, all you can do is read, you can't ask a question because that part of the board is filled. but here is the link

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0839995/board/nest/61227087

I don't know why but I do believe that this is jack posting here. here is some good questions on there and Jack gives real answers like a the pro that he is. Hope you enjoy The Dutchman

I know Russell Johnson (the Professor from GI) has shown up on the web a few times. I think it was on the Nick at Nite message boards. But he's pretty easy to contact - and a very sweet guy to boot

There were all sorts of rumors that Joyce DeWitt had showed up on the Three's Company boards awhile back, but I don't think those were ever true.

Some stars have been known to be on imdb - Robert Zemeckis (director of Back to the Future) has been on and mentioned in interviews that he's been on. Some lesser-stars and the children of stars are known to appear. I've seen Amber Tamblyn and um, whats-her-name, Christopher Atkins's daughter. But that's only on imdb.

Oh, and then there's good old 'Harper' who was Chris Korman, Harvey Korman's son. He was a regular poster on sitcomsonline for awhile, but... well... he hasn't been on in a long time. (Wasn't the most popular guy if I remember correctly).

Yeah, I know some of our members gave him a hard time. I really can't remember why. But He obtained this autographed pic of Carol Burnett for me for which I am eternally grateful.

He kept starting threads that started with "no offense, but..." and that irked a few people off. But the guy never did me any harm, so I wish him the best. It was really cool that he could get that pic for you.

If Mr. Johnson or Ms. Wells does my sheer chance happen to read this post... (wow, i am totally flattered first off) You have NO IDEA how much you have impacted my life! While other people watch the garbage that is on TV today, I turn to Gilligan's Island for a more than great show! And the show would never had survived without those two actors who are so much more than just 'the rest'!
I love u guys! Thanks!
yes, i am aware that if they don't read this, i have made an idiot of myself... but, if they read the GIlligan's Island boards.......... oh boy, i'm doomed to shame!
Dawn Wells, Russell Johnson- if u r reading this... i'd love to here from u!
I know, I'm such a crazy GI fan!

Seriously, if you guys want to talk to them, just go on their official website. There's a spot where you can email them (well I only emailed Russell, but I assume Dawn's the same) and they actually read it. Russell got back to me within a couple of days. This was a few years ago, but the sites were all put up by Dreama Denver (Bob's wife) and I'll bet there all still up.

Yeah, I wrote Bob Denver while he was still living and he got back to me really quick. He didn't write back, but it said something like "Bob read your post and wanted me to say..." but either way it was neat. I also bought his book from his site and he autographed it and you can tell him what you want it to say above his name. Mine says "To my little buddy Matt". I am really glad I got it. I got a picture from Dawn Wells site and she wrote "Rescue Me". I also got one from Russell Johnson that says "All the best from Russell Johnson". I wrote Sherwood Schwartz a few years ago through the maiil an he sent me about 6 different autographed pictures and a nice letter answering all the questions I had for him. I sent him a thank you and he even sent me a thank you for the thank you. What a nice person.

Talking That's pretty awesome GF!

I think that Bob Denver book signing thing sounded pretty neat.
I've emailed Russell Johnson once but I never heard back; but i probably made a fool of myself. (i think i misspelled everyother word!)
Unfortunately, I wasn't stranded with Gillgian's Island until after Bob Denver's death.. (actually, i remember exactly where I was when I heard the news though.)
I've written to Mr. Shwartz twice but unfortunately have not heard back from him... though I'm not sure if I had the correct address or not... does anyone have it??? I mean, Sherwood Shwartz is still alive right... heh, 'cause if he has sadly passed away, i totally missed something!
