I know she's not currently in the running, but I can't wait for Bailey to become chief. But for now, I want Derek to win. And what's going to happen to the current chief after he retires? Is he going off the show or what?

You should add Colin Marlow to your list. He's also a candidate now. If I had my way, I'd give the job to Addison. I just think it would be really cool to have a female chief!

But of course, we all know about Kate Walsh's spinoff, so that prob. won't happen. I think Marlow would be an interesting choice, esp. w/ his backstoroy w/ Cristina. If not him, then Derek. Really, anybody but Mark would be OK by me. Mark is an a**. He's hot, but he's still an a**! LOL

I think it might be Colin Marlowe too, but since he's not part of the poll, I'll go with Sloan even though I don't like him that well. He just seems like a leader.
