When two co-workers at your job are fired for poor performance, is it normal to - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

WORK even harder?-lol Not that you never was doing your job but to see someone canned because of poor performance makes it easy to work harder because of the fear that it can be you too-lol

Anyone else think they would do the same thing or do i need to be treated for aniexty?

It's always a little nerve rattling when someone gets fired. I think it is only natural to step it up as soon as you hear the news.

I think that's a normal thing.

Recently a coworker was fired for various legitimate reasons. I'm working harder, partly because I don't want the same to happen to me, and partly because we are now understaffed and need to work that much harder to get the job done on time.
