WDTN - Dayton's NBC affiliate - there could be a slight breeze two states over and they feel it necessary to "break in" to regular progamming to tell us, followed by the "breaking news" banner bar across the bottom of the screen for the entire night. The worst part is they are already showing their primetime programming in widescreen with the black bars top and bottom and they squeeze the screen up even MORE, making it impossible to watch.

another of my pet peeves with them is that when Saturday Night Live airs, they add in "Weather Breaks" at the end of each commercial break, so you miss the first 20-30 seconds of each skit.

Hands down - WEWS-5 in Cleveland. That's the ABC affiliate. Quite a few times as a teen I was angry with them for interrupting General Hospital repeating information over and over that could just as easily been put into a crawl at the bottom of the screen!!
