Anyone besides me get less than 8 hours a Sleep from Sunday to Thursday? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I get between 4.5 and 6 Hours every Work Night. During the month of May, I get 4 hours to 5 Hours because of the NBA Playoffs.

I don't think I would ever get 8 hours of sleep on a work night

I can't recall ever getting 8 hours sleep when I worked. When I worked two jobs, I only got 4.5 hours of sleep a night.

Becoming a mother, forget it! Until they are outta the house, you will never get a FULL NIGHTS SLEEP.

During football season I am lucky to get that much in a week lol

Yup...I don't sleep throughout the school year ('cause I'm a teacher). Then, in July, I lose sleep 'cause of the Tour de France....coverage starts so early on mountain stages!

i usually get like 7-8 hours....but i can run on 5 hours of sleep and up really.

Yeah...I mean I could get more, I'm just an idiot. I'm a night person and I CAN'T get myself to go to bed earlier than 11, and I end up actually going to bed at 12...having to wake up at about 6:30. That's not horrible, but I'm anemic and I'm always tired no matter how much sleep I get, so it makes it even worse. I probably shouldn't do that but oh well, like I said I'm tired either way. I'm kind of sick of always being tired actually.

To get that much sleep, I'd have to go to bed at 10. I just can't do that. Even if I try.

I probably get 5-6 hours of sleep. A lot of it is my fault though. I'm such a night owl. And I always put things off to the last minute, so there is always something to do.

I used to go to bed around 8. Get up at 6. That was when my schedule was set and everything made sense.

As you can see by the time I posted this comment, these days my schedule is funky, and nothing makes sense.

AMEN to that, I haven't had a full night of sleep in a long time. I get about 4.5-5 hrs of sleep a night.

It can be a nightmare, especially when they are sick, oh man, that is the worst. They can't sleep, you can't sleep, terrible! I know you know what I mean Brie.
