When the show debuted Rudy was 5 and Vanessa was 10. I remember that much. I also believe that Theo was 13 and Denise was 15. I don't know about Sondra since she didn't appear until Season two.

I would believe, that this was their ages in season one.
Sondra: 20.
Denise: 16 or 17.
Theo: 14.
Vanessa: 11.
Rudy: 5 or 6.
