I think I may have Figured out why Fresh Prince is a HIT on N@N
In addition to the show being very funny, I think the Main reason is that boys from the ages of 11 to 17 are attracted to Ashely and Hilary and that Girls from the Ages from 11to 17 are attracted to Will and Carlton. Plus these 4 Characters never took a back seat to the PARENTS on the show and was always a major part of the storyline. So watching this show as a preteen and Teenager, you never get bored because the YOUNG ATTRACTIVE characters on the show are always involved in the storyline. I'm just speculating people-lol

I think it has to do MORE with Will Smith being a huge movie star now.

A cute girl can only hold your attention for so long. The show has got to be funny. Having Will Smith star, doesn't hurt either.
