They were at a Happy Days signings before. In the 70s and the 80s. So it is not exactly news.

The girl mentions that Scott said they'd bring her character back, and Scott says the show's been over for 10-15 years. Could she have been an actress that appeared on Charles in Charge? That show ended in 1990.

I hardly doubt it. She could be some type of person who is a little...bit.....spaced out. Sometimes fanatics make up these incredible lies on fantasy. Plus, we don't know who the hell she is. Because there is no way that person could have appeared in both shows like Happy Days or Charles In Charge. Simply, no way.

Yeah, I know this thread hasn't been active for months, but I just saw an episode of Scott's new VH1 show, and this autograph signing was featured on it. They showed the girl, and she said she was on Charles in Charge. Just wanted to point that out.

Yeah, I noticed that too. But comparing what aired on Vh1 with the video you can see it was edited, unless the girl returned to do her act later
