I'd have to say the 1967-68 Lost in Space,
by Johnny Williams. It's upbeat, triumphant, even. Of course, the original was great, too.
Close runner ups: Mr. Terrific and Hogan's Heroes, I dream of Jeannie, Bewitched, and
the sung version of the That Girl opening theme.

the theme to "all's Fair" it's the cathchy lyrics (from this mid-70's norman lear show) that i am dying to find
about women ruling the world and men crying to their dads
all i can remember now is
"while she administered the government, he crocheted"
