My favorite banners are the ones that expand to a much larger size when you accidentally drag the mouse over them. They make me super happy to be on the internet.

I really hate the banner ad for the animated emoticons... it drives me crazy to hear that woman saying "Hellooooooo..." over and over again while I'm surfing a site, so I end up just turning off the volume!!!

I hate those animated ones that keep flying across the screen. AAAUGGH!! Also, the yarn ad on Yahoo totally creeps me out.

I agree. They have them sometimes on the GSN boards and Photobucket and they are SO annoying it's not funny.
