LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Actress Tori Spelling gave birth on Tuesday to a son in Los Angeles, People magazine reported.

Liam Aaron McDermott, delivered at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, is the former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star's first child. Her husband, Dean McDermott, has an 8-year-old son from a previous marriage.

The couple married last year, shortly before the death of Spelling's father, veteran TV producer Aaron Spelling. Since then, Spelling, 33, has been embroiled in a public feud with her mother, but both sides have said they are trying to patch things up.
